Sell USDT to Orange Money, step by step
1. Open the “Sell” tab and pick USDT
Sign in on mufasax.com, tap the “Sell” tab then “Select crypto”. Pick “Tether USD” with the network you will send from: TRX (TRC-20), BNB (BEP-20), ETH (ERC-20) or SOL.
2. Enter the amount
Type how much USDT to sell, or the CFA amount you want to receive: the other field fills in by itself, with the rate “1 USDT = … F CFA”.
3. Enter your Orange Money number
Enter the number that will receive the money, without +221, and pick “Orange Money” under “Mobile Money Supplier”. Double-check it, then tap “Sell”: the payout goes to that number.
4. Send exactly the amount shown
The page shows the deposit address and a 10-minute timer. Copy the address (or scan the QR code) and send exactly the amount shown from your wallet, on the network you picked. From an exchange, add its withdrawal fee so the amount that arrives is the right one.
5. Track the sale
As soon as your deposit arrives, the status moves to “Deposit Received” then “Processing Payment”. You can close the page: the sale goes on and stays in your history.
6. Receive your CFA francs on Orange Money
The Orange Money payout goes out within seconds of your deposit being received. The page shows “Transaction Successful!”.
If something goes wrong
Wrong network: a transfer on a network other than the one you picked is not detected. Contact support with your exchange ID.
Different amount: send exactly the amount shown. If the amount received does not match, contact WhatsApp support with your exchange ID.
Time limit exceeded: do not send anything to the address once the quote has expired. If your transfer left too late, contact support with your exchange ID.
