Buy USDT with Orange Money, step by step
1. Pick USDT and its network
Sign in on mufasax.com, stay on the “Buy” tab and tap “Select crypto”. Pick “Tether USD” with your wallet's network: ETH, BNB, SOL or TRX.
2. Enter the amount in CFA francs
Type the amount in “You send”. The USDT amount and the rate (“1 USDT = … F CFA”) show up within seconds. That rate is the one you pay.
3. Paste your wallet address
Paste your wallet's USDT address (Trust Wallet, MetaMask, Binance…) on the same network you picked in step 1, then tap “Buy”. An address on another network can lose the funds.
4. Pick Orange Money and enter your number
On the payment screen, enter your Orange Money number without +221, pick “Orange Money” and tap “Make payment”. You have 5 minutes to pay.
5. Confirm the payment on your phone
An Orange Money payment request pops up on your phone: check the amount and enter your secret code. Mufasa X never asks for that code on the website. Meanwhile the page shows “Pending payment”.
6. Receive your USDT
As soon as the payment is confirmed, the USDT is sent to your address. The page switches to “Transaction Successful!” and gives the blockchain transaction link so you can check it.
Paying with the Max it app
At step 4, pick “Maxit” instead of “Orange Money”. On a phone, tap the payment link: it opens the Max it app, where you confirm. On a computer, scan the QR code with your phone.
The rest is the same: the page tracks the payment and moves on as soon as it is confirmed.
If the payment does not go through
Insufficient balance: top up your Orange Money account, then get a new quote.
Request not confirmed in time: the quote expires after 5 minutes. Create a new one, and do not pay the old one.
No request received on your phone: check the number you entered, then contact WhatsApp support with your exchange ID.
