4. Send exactly the amount shown
The page shows the Bitcoin deposit address and a 15-minute timer. Send exactly the amount shown from your wallet, on the Bitcoin network.
5. Wait for the network confirmation
As soon as your transfer is seen, the status moves to “Awaiting Confirmation” and the timer stops: the sale stays valid for 6 hours. The Bitcoin network usually takes about ten minutes to confirm. Do not send twice.
6. Receive your CFA francs
Once the deposit is confirmed, the Mobile Money payout goes out within seconds. The page shows “Transaction Successful!”.
If something goes wrong
Wrong network: a transfer on a network other than the one you picked is not detected. Contact support with your exchange ID.
